Cox panoramic wifi not working - Panoramic WiFi router not working. Hello, so about a month and a half ago, we got internet from Cox. It worked perfectly fine up until now. The router light is blinking orange and then green then it goes back to orange and it’s just like an infinite loop. I went and exchanged the router for a new one and it still doesn’t work.

My remote access shows that I should be able to access it but it does not let me. Previously, I was able to access my network and manage my passwords, who was using my wifi, etc. Once I was done setting up the modem and my wifi was working on my phone and laptop, I went onto the Cox Panoramic Wifi App to check if I could change my name and password. Like I said you might be better off just buying a new modem, returning the panoramic back to Cox and getting a router also unless you get a combo. Also make sure if you want to ensure the proper speed to get a modem that has DOCSIS 3.1 if you get one that is 3.0 there could be incompatibility issues or or you may experience speed issues.
